A BILL

To protect American jobs, strengthen U.S. industry and manufacturing, and ensure that taxpayer funds go to support U.S. workers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1

1.      U.S. industry has significantly declined due to decades of offshoring and unfair trade practices.

2.      It is pivotal for the U.S. to secure its economic sovereignty by rebuilding its domestic manufacturing capabilities and supporting its workers.

3.      Tax dollars should be used towards this objective; not towards foreign corporations.

SECTION 2 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTS

a.      Any company receiving above $10 million in federal contracts shall have at least 65% its workers be from the United States.

b.      Any company that violates subsection

a. Shall be responsible for returning the contract money with a 10 percent fine and barred from receiving other federal contracts for 5 years.

SECTION 3 – INCENTIVES

a. If a company decides to move production to the U.S., there shall be a 15 percent tax credit for its expenses up to 10 years; Congress has the full right to shorten that time as it sees fit.

SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVE DATE

This Act shall take effect on January 1, 2027, if passed.
