Bill to Terminate Biden’s Covid Vaccine Mandate

Senator John Kennedy, Sponsor

Preamble

The Covid vaccine mandate put in place by the current presidential office arose many questions regarding the freedom of working citizens in America. As a result, further conflicts have risen indicating the failure of the mandate. This bill provides that the current mandate requiring federal employees and large company employees to get the Covid vaccine will be terminated. The bill will act to restore and set in place the following parameters:

Section 1

Constitutionality is restored by returning civil rights and freedoms back to American citizens. Workers can now choose for themselves whether or not they want to get the vaccine rather than the decision being forced upon them.

Section 2

Citizens who are medically incapable of receiving the vaccine will not have to live in fear of losing their jobs. Those who receive adverse effects from vaccines and have been warned not to receive the Covid vaccine can retain their current occupation regardless of whether or not they get vaccinated.

Section 3

Federal workers will no longer have to choose between getting vaccinated or losing their job due to the mandate.

Section 4

Employees of large companies will no longer be forced to show proof of a negative Covid test provided they do not get vaccinated. They will also no longer be required to choose between losing their job or getting vaccinated.
