Preliminary
census estimates are derived from the 2012 American Community
Survey
obtained from the website http://factfinder2.census.gov/
. WTFINAL
was provided
by MSU’s Social Science Research Center, which contracted
with
Marketing Systems Group (MSG), who employed more recent census data
(the
March 2013 supplement to the Current Population Survey). The final weight
(WEIGHT)
is adjusted by a constant, so that the N size of the weighted dataset
is identical
to the actual sample size; it should be used in all data analyses.
